A tea party? Who does training at a tea party? I do apparently.
A group of women decided to put together a networking event that was a little bit social and a little bit educational. Lucky for me I knew these women and they asked me to speak at their event. It was a short variation so there wasn’t a lot of experiential work to be done, but the general premise was the same.
It was a lot of fun and interactive. People were surprised by some of the rules and how they actually pertain to life. Notes were being written left and right. It was fun watching the lights go on for some people and how engaged they got in the conversation.
