What is team bonding? Bonding is (according to Merriam Webster) the formation of a close relationship, especially through frequent or constant association. Team bonding would the formation of close relationships within a group that works closely with one another.
As addressed in our “Corporate Team Building Activities” article and in our “Team Hurting” video, most team building activities are more team dividing than team bonding.
Improv training is one form of team bonding that absolutely brings a team together.
