A retail store can be stressful for customers, but if the employees are upbeat, it makes for an enjoyable experience for the customer. And since customers by emotionally, wouldn’t it make sense to have them be excited and happy?
It stats with the team behind the badges. The biggest advice we can give any team is to learn the tools and techniques of improv. If you have ever seen an improv show it would be safe to say that the players on stage are having fun. They are enjoying themselves. They are putting smiles on their faces as well as everyone around them. While you don’t have to perform for your customers, knowing how improv works make for an enjoyable experience amongst the staff and therefore rubs off on the customers.
